Nissan and FedEx Express have gone into partnership to trial Nissan’s NV200 electric vehicles and potentially change the way companies get around congested city streets and do their bit for the environment at the same time.
FedEx currently operate 43 all electric vehicles in London, Paris, New York and other dense urban cities around the world.
With emissions from a billion vehicles on the road, we are all contributing to a plant-wide problem of polluting the air. With zero emissions, these vans are the way forward. Emissions are greatest when you sit in traffic surrounded by cars, their engines idling, so with the vans used to sitting in congested London streets, they can reduce their carbon footprint.
