My driving instructor was James Ryan. When I first started driving I was very anxious to be driving a car and how much would I need to remember. I told James that I was very anxious, and he was very understanding and patient with me. He explained everything clearly and easy to understand and was happy to help if I didn’t understand.
After I grew confidence to drive on the road, James had me learn all the basic on how to behave on the road and most importantly how to drive safely. There were times where I was frustrated with myself stalling, but James was always there to help and encourage me that everything was fine and to just take it slow and easy.
James helped me prepare for the driving test, taking me on difficult roads, junctions, asking me the different questions that the examiner could potentially ask me. James very much cared about both you passing the test and for you to be a safe and great driver after the test.
All the knowledge and skills I’ve learnt from James are priceless. They will definitely help me on the road and grow to be a more experience driver.
I would definitely recommend James as a driving instructor, especially those who are very anxious to get on the road, like I was. He taught me everything I needed to know and more.
I passed my test on 02/05 with only 1 minor. Jon F was a great instructor and set me up well for my test, helping me work on areas that I was less confident on.

My instructor was great. He was available over the weekends too and was sure to make time so it suits me too and works well with my working patterns.
He was able to explain things well to me and teach me good technique with maneuvers and things i initially found difficult. Was great at picking up my mistakes and tell how to improve on those. I would recommend Keeran to anyone who wishes to learn and have a good time doing it.
Tony is a fantastic Instructor. He was a massive help and I would not of passed without his help and knowledge. I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive. 10/10
I just passed my driving test and I wanted to thank my instructor, Kiran. He was the best instructor I have had. He is goal driven and was able to get me to my goal in the given time. He not only taught me how to drive but gave me the confidence to drive as well. He is really kind and tolerant person. I would recommend him to everyone!

I am a person who difficult to learn anything.After unsuccessful attempts to learn how to drive from three different instructors before I was ready to give up . Then we search online and find Britannia with higher rate passes instructors. I wasn’t expecting much but how wrong I was. My instructor is Tony He is such an amazing instructor. Very patient, witty, fun to talk to ,guarantee never dull moment with him. Importantly he help me to trust myself, give me confidence to control the car. He is everything learner need as an instructor. Thank you Tony and Britannia without you it won’t nepossible* 20/10

Tony is an amazing instructor,He is really so friendly,fantastic and patient ,calm,My driving experience was really great, during my lesson I felt confident comfortable and secure with Tony,I’ve got great experience of driving with Tony I found myself more confident on road with safety, Tony always teach me to Drive in safe and healthy way for other road road users and my self as well and always be alert while driving on the road.I’ve passed my test in first time. I passed my exam at Mitcham Test Centre !!! I am very happy that my instructor was Peter P. Without his help, I would probably never have passed the exam. I had George as my instructor and I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ve tried and used other instructors in the past and they didn’t compare! I would highly recommend Britannia Driving school. I didn’t think I would be able to pass as I am a nervous person and I get stressed easily.However, Jon took all these stresses and worries away. Jon was extremely knowledgable about the test routes and gave me handy tips and tricks to make manoeuvres easier.I passed first time with 3 minors at the Tolworth centre.
Jon was always on time and very organised when it came to booking in lessons in advanced and creating lesson plan structures.
