New Driving Laws 2019

With more than 48 million drivers registered with DVLA in the UK, any changes to motoring laws have a huge impact.

In 2019 several new laws will be introduced including one on overtaking cyclists as well as plans to clamp down on learner drivers who fail to adhere to the Highway Code.
