Britannia has been great since the beginning. They were very accommodating when I had to extend my vouchers date due to a total hip replacement.
Kiran is a great instructor and remains calm at all times, even when I made some terrible mistakes. He’s also very supportive and kind, saying compliments whenever I did something correctly.
I’m a nervous and not a confident driver due to hurting myself badly in a car accident when I was 11 years old. When I moved to England from Sao Paulo in Brazil, I thought I would never be able to drive again, specially on the left side of the road.
Kiran has been a wonderful driver instructor and human being, gradually improving my confidence and encouraging me to face my worst fears behind the wheel.
Today I have passed my driving test on my first attempt, and I’m over the moon with happiness!
