Kevin Hernandez – Feltham, Middlesex (9th February 2012)

Just passed my Practical Test today!! Just like to say a massive THANK YOU to my instructor Tim. I had no driving experience before Tim started teaching me, so I was nervous from the beginning. But right from the start he made me feel confident with myself and gave me self belief. When I made mistakes during my lessons he never raised his voice but instead he just kept calm and explained what I could’ve done better and always gave me constructive advice in being a good and safe driver. While taking his lessons, he will teach you to a high standard of driving and take you to potential test routes. When the test finally came, the test route the examiner used, Tim had already taken me to the same route at least twice which made the exam much easier. At the end of each lesson he always gave me feedback on how the lesson went and if there was anything that needed to be worked on. I would definitely recommend Tim at Britannia to anyone.
